We adhere to no surprise billing practices. We preauthorize all patients prior to scheduling.

We are here to make this process as flawless and easy as possible to support physicians, pharmacists, medical practices and the patient, all having an excellent experience.

The confidential documentation and insurance information you provide us in our HIPAA formatted system helps us expedite processes with our insurance intake team and scheduling the patient.

Once we obtain ALL of the patients documents by the ordering physician as-well as the patients insurance information, we will directly contact the patients insurance to verify benefits.

We will also contact the patient to inform them if the insurance carrier authorized the procedure, what their insurance carrier covers and any co-payments due.

We will NOT schedule patients without PREAUTHORIZATION. Patients may have co-pays due. Let your patient know in advance if they should ask. If they ask what that amount is, please let them know we will inform them upon receiving information by their insurance carrier.

We will communicate with your patient on all issues related with insurance copays that are due.

We will communicate with your patients the regarding the medical procedure, the necessity of treatment and how to maintain the line and/or post operative care.

If your patient has no insurance, we will provide them with a cash pay amount which will be at a SUBSTANTIAL savings.

It is vital you upload all the required documents for our us to service your patient in a timely manner.

REAL TIME SCHEDULING - Our excellent system ensures servicing the patient from start to finish, once we have the appropriate supportive documentation from the ordering physician.

Once we obtain that information without anything missing we requested, that patient becomes our priority in obtaining authorization for their needed healthcare.

If patient does not have the financial ability to pay for co-payments owed by policy restrictions or coverage limitations upfront at time of service, then we will not schedule the patient and refer the patient back to you and inform you of the patients financial challenge.

If you want to help cover a patients co-pay not covered by insurance upfront and establish a payment plan with the patient directly, we need to have a secured set of funds established in our system for funding their co-pays upfront so we get paid at time of service for what the insurance will not cover to avoid delays.
